We may encounter discrimination, microaggressions, and systemic barriers that can weigh heavily on our spirits. It's easy to get bogged down by negativity and feel like the odds are stacked against us. But here's the thing - our mindset has the power to shape our reality.</p><p>Optimism is not about denying the existence of challenges or pretending everything is sunshine and rainbows. It's about choosing to focus on the possibilities, the potential for growth, and the resilience that lies within us.
